Payment

We accept Credit Cards and paypal. Paypal E-checks are accepted, but your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

For buyers in Connecticut, we must add sales tax to your order. 

Shipping

All orders are made and processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of purchase. 

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS:
U.S. domestic orders ship via first class mail and typically take 2 to 5 days to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number in the email you receive from etsy once your item has shipped. To check the status of your package please check the tracking number. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship worldwide!
International orders may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, but typically take around 2 weeks. You will be provided with a tracking number in the email you receive from Etsy. Please note that although these international tracking numbers track your packages- they are not always updated by the international post offices and sorting facilities. If your package is not updating, please wait patiently it should still be on its way to you. 

CUSTOMS:
Some countries may charge a custom/duty fee for an item to be shipped to you. We have NO control over what your country charges. Most packages go through without an extra charge, but these charges happen from time to time. They are NOT additional shipping charges and you will not be refunded for them. You are responsible for knowing your countries customs fees. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry, therefore returns and exchanges are accepted. We must be notified that you wish to return the item within one week of its arrival so we know to expect it. It must be returned within that first week for a full refund. 

::Please package the item carefully, so it arrives safe and not damaged or mangled. 

::Custom orders/designs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless we have made a mistake in the design. 

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are accepted, but not on custom orders. Please contact us to do an exchange.

LOST ITEMS IN MAIL:
We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN items in the mail and will not issue a refund if this happens. We're sorry, but you must understand that this is out of our control… Your order may be replaced with a new one on a case-by-case basis only.

Jewelry Care

Like all jewelry the best way to care for it is not to get it wet. It won’t be the end of the world if it does, but keep it as dry as possible. Please don’t go swimming with it and take it off before you shower. Also, please be mindful to keep it away from chemicals, harsh sunlight, and to take it off when exercising.
