This necklace is hand made with small, natural, faceted Turquoise stones placed on a bar and suspended from a sterling silver or 14kt gold filled chain. The stones average 3-4mm in size, while the bar length averages 24.5mm (1 inch).

  2. Check the length against a ruler.

RETURNS

Please notify us within 7 days of an item's arrival that you would like to return it. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping when sending the item back. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund or store credit.

EXCHANGES

Order the wrong size? There is typically no fee to resize/rework an item. We just ask that the customer covers additional shipping costs.

REPAIRS

We do our best to make our jewelry last, but life can happen! If something goes wrong with your piece, we'd love to repair it for you. Repairs are free within 4 months of the item's arrival. After the 4 month period a small fee starting at $5 may apply. Please contact us for repairs.
