Refund policy

We want you to love your new jewelry, therefore returns and exchanges are accepted. We must be notified that you wish to return the item within one week of its arrival so we know to expect it. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Any initial shipping fees are not refundable. Please mail the item back within the 30 days of contacting us for a refund.

How to mail it back:

Please package the item carefully, so it arrives safe and not damaged or mangled. Then, ship it to the address provided during our exchange. Once we receive the item, we will issue your refund. 

LOST ITEMS IN MAIL:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail and do not issue refunds if this happens. However, your order may be replaced with a new one on a case-by-case basis. Please stay in contact with us if you think your order has been lost or stolen.
