Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

• Handmade to Order: Every piece is handcrafted in our studio Monday through Friday.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. During peak seasons or depending on the current availability of specific metals and gemstones, processing may occasionally take longer.

• Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping is sent via USPS Ground Advantage (unless an expedited shipping upgrade is selected at checkout), which typically takes 2–10 business days.

• International Shipping: International orders are shipped via standard USPS Ground Advantage and typically take 2–8 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs.
